This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is critical to enabling predictable product launches, long-term regulatory integrity, and global market access. As WHOOP continues to expand its global footprint, this is a unique opportunity to design, scale, and mature our product compliance function. You’ll build the systems, processes, and team needed to support a growing and increasingly complex portfolio. Working closely with product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership, you’ll embed compliance into the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization – balancing innovation, speed, and regulatory rigor in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
