The **MEP BIM Coordinator** will be responsible for the development, coordination, and management of multidisciplinary MEP BIM models across large\-scale projects in **Qiddiya, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia**. The role will ensure seamless integration between Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems while coordinating with architectural, structural, and infrastructure disciplines. The successful candidate will support BIM delivery, clash detection, model validation, drawing production, and digital construction workflows, ensuring compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

**Key Responsibilities**

------------------------

### **1\. BIM Modelling Coordination**

* Develop, update, and maintain coordinated MEP BIM models in compliance with project and company standards. * Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems with architectural, structural, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines. * Lead and participate in clash detection and resolution workshops using **Navisworks**, **Revit**, and other BIM coordination platforms. * Review and validate model information to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP). * Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as\-built documentation for MEP systems. * Support the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery requirements across project teams. * Ensure model data integrity and adherence to client, project, and international BIM standards.

### **2\. Design Coordination Digital Delivery**

* Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings and manage BIM\-related actions arising from coordination reviews. * Work closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues. * Manage and track BIM deliverables, model submissions, and coordination milestones. * Support digital construction initiatives including model\-based workflows, 4D coordination, and design reviews. * Ensure all project BIM deliverables are issued in accordance with agreed project schedules and quality standards.

### **3\. Collaboration Quality Control**

* Liaise with MEP Engineers, BIM Managers, Design Managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately represented within the models. * Perform routine model audits, health checks, and quality reviews to maintain consistency across project deliverables. * Monitor compliance with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and project\-specific requirements. * Prepare and maintain clash reports, coordination logs, model review reports, and progress updates. * Support issue resolution through collaborative working with both internal and external stakeholders.

### **4\. Documentation Training**

* Maintain documentation relating to BIM processes, workflows, model revisions, and version control. * Assist in the development and implementation of BIM procedures, templates, and best practices. * Mentor junior BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers, providing technical guidance and support where required. * Support knowledge\-sharing initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM capabilities across the organisation.

**Our Ideal Candidate**

-----------------------

* **5\-8 years of experience** in BIM coordination on large\-scale MEP, infrastructure, construction, or mixed\-use development projects. * Experience working on major projects in the Middle East is highly desirable, with previous exposure to high\-profile developments considered an advantage. * Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health building services coordination. * Advanced proficiency in **Autodesk Revit**, **Navisworks Manage**, and **BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)**. * Experience producing coordinated construction documentation, shop drawings, and model deliverables. * Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and Common Data Environments (CDEs). * Knowledge of clash detection, model federation, constructability reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination processes. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within fast\-paced project environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Experience within stadiums, entertainment, hospitality, commercial, or large\-scale masterplan developments is an advantage. * Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
