About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on campaign management skills, strategic thinking, client management experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct quality checks, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools such as GA4.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, present campaign results, and recommend growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets, spending, pacing, billing, and account setup processes.
- Conduct campaign audits and contribute to new business pitches and internal best practices.
- Mentor junior team members, manage workloads, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, advertising formats, and platform features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Paid Social; agency experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn advertising.
- Strong knowledge of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in full-funnel campaign management and an understanding of the broader media mix.
- Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
