**About the Role** We're hiring motivated Consultants to help homeowners go solar while building a serious, high\-earning career. This is a performance\-driven role with fast payouts, strong bonuses, and full back\-office support so you can focus on what you do best — selling.
This new team will be **directly built and led by Fidencio "Vale" Aldamuy**, an experienced Sales Pro with a proven track record in the renewables industry. Vale is personally selecting and mentoring each consultant on this team, bringing hands\-on leadership and a genuine commitment to raising the standard in how solar is sold and delivered. LinkedIn
