Duties

- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Manage project schedules meticulously, utilizing tools like Civil 3D for infrastructure design coordination when applicable.
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations for project deliverables.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, changes, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects within engineering or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design coordination is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex projects while maintaining a positive and motivated environment.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred but not mandatory.
