- Manage the full lifecycle and transactions, including underwriting, policy, billing and claims.
- Ensure integration of Duck Creek systems with other insurance technologies.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10-16 years of experience.
- Strong experience with 8-12 years on Duck Creek Business solutions.
- Must have minimum 5+ years of experience in team handling.
- Should have minimum 2+ years of experience as a Manager / Architect
- Candidate should have strong experience on Duck Creek Business developments.
- Good experience in LOBs like Commercial, Personal, Specialty.
- Good understanding of underwriting, claims, policy, billing systems
- Good experience on Policy lifecycle and various Policy transactions
- Experience in Designing & developing Duck Creek Business solutions on policy, claims, billing System
- Experience in handling & leading team
- Good understanding of business, functional requirements and policy workflow of the entire application and project
- Understanding the client’s requirement properly and then going for the development in the core areas of DCT
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of emerging InsurTech technology space.
