About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to drive sales of RADWIN wireless broadband and backhaul solutions across ISPs, WISPs, system integrators, utilities, surveillance, smart city, and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling wireless networking, telecom infrastructure, broadband, or ISP solutions and possess strong relationships within the telecom and wireless ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for RADWIN wireless solutions
- Engage ISPs, WISPs, system integrators, and enterprise customers
- Identify replacement opportunities against Ubiquiti, Cambium, Mimosa, and other competitors
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution positioning
- Build and manage channel partner relationships
- Generate sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals and solutions
- Track market trends and competitive activity
Preferred Experience
- 3–9 years in wireless networking, telecom, ISP, or enterprise infrastructure sales
- Existing relationships with ISPs, WISPs, system integrators, or telecom operators
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
