Job Summary
Wistora IQ Solutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Engineer cum Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), along with hands-on project experience gained through academic projects or internships. The role involves both software development and delivering technical training to students and trainees.
Eligibility
- MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & ML, or related disciplines)
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on project experience (academic projects/internships) is mandatory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications.
- Work on AI and Machine Learning projects.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Assist in developing real-time software solutions and project implementations.
- Collaborate with the technical team on development activities.
Training & Mentoring
- Deliver training sessions on Python, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Guide students in practical learning and project development.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to trainees.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with academic or internship projects using Python, AI, or ML.
- Knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is preferred.
- Understanding of databases and basic web development is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
