Job Summary
Wistora IQ Solutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Engineer cum Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), along with hands\-on project experience gained through academic projects or internships. The role involves both software development and delivering technical training to students and trainees.
Eligibility
* MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, AI \& ML, or related disciplines) * Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. * Hands\-on project experience (academic projects/internships) is mandatory.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development
* Develop, test, and maintain Python\-based applications. * Work on AI and Machine Learning projects. * Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code. * Assist in developing real\-time software solutions and project implementations. * Collaborate with the technical team on development activities.
Training \& Mentoring
* Deliver training sessions on Python, AI, and Machine Learning. * Guide students in practical learning and project development. * Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments. * Provide technical support and mentorship to trainees. * Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate them into training programs.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Python programming. * Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. * Hands\-on experience with academic or internship projects using Python, AI, or ML. * Knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is preferred. * Understanding of databases and basic web development is an added advantage. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

* Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Quick learner with a positive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
