We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with experience in online casino / iGaming to drive product development, improve player engagement, and optimize the overall casino experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own casino product features end-to-end, from discovery and PRDs to launch and optimization.
- Develop and improve gamification, loyalty, bonus, and retention mechanics.
- Optimize player journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and cashier flows.
- Collaborate with CRM teams on segmentation, promotions, and personalized player experiences.
- Analyze player behavior and product KPIs (FTD, GGR, LTV, retention, conversion) to identify opportunities and measure results.
- Work closely with Design, Development, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver product improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a B2C online casino operator.
- Hands-on experience designing and launching product features independently.
- Strong understanding of casino operations, CRM, retention, and gamification.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, or similar is an advantage.
- Ability to identify player problems, validate product hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and good English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in regulated LATAM / Mexican iGaming markets.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
