As a Domestic Cleaner with WMQ's Community Aged Care team, you'll help older Australians maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home while supporting their independence, wellbeing and quality of life through meaningful one-on-one connections.
Working across Chermside and surrounding suburbs, you will deliver domestic cleaning services in line with individual care plans while promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing for every client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about making a positive difference in the community.

What We're Looking For
· Experience providing domestic cleaning services in residential, community care, aged care or similar environments
· Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and approved cleaning products independently
· Understanding of infection control practices and hygiene standards
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to supporting older people
· Good verbal communication skills
· Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
· Previous experience working in Community Aged Care, Home Care or Disability Services
· Knowledge of client-centred care principles
· Experience working in clients' homes
Essential Requirements
· Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ policy
· Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
· Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
· Ability to perform physical cleaning duties safely
