About us Wolf IQ Group is a profitable, growing team of more than 20 people across Australia, the United States and the Philippines. Through Quix Sites, we help small business owners get a website they are proud of — designed, built and launched properly, with someone still looking after them after they sign. We’ve spent years earning that trust in Australia. The United States is next, and it is already moving: we have account executives closing deals, customers saying yes, and a design process that works. Now we are building the US team and operations around that, so American owners feel they are working with people who understand them. Our founder, Andy Crebar, lived in the United States for 10 years. He knows that US small business owners buy from people they trust, and that trust is personal. This role is how we show up for them. About the role We’re hiring a US-based account manager to be that person. You’ll join the sales calls that matter, then stay with the customer after they sign — the friendly, capable American they can see, hear and come back to. This is part-time on purpose. We want someone who is great with people and understands small business, not someone looking to run a department or spend their nights chasing leads. You don’t need to build websites. You do need to be comfortable talking about them, and you need to care about the owner on the other side of the call. What you’ll do

• Join late-stage sales calls with our US account executives. Be a warm, credible presence, help answer “who looks after me if I say yes?”, and help the owner feel confident moving forward.
• Become their named US account manager after they sign — a real person they can email or hop on a call with.
• Join kickoffs and the customer conversations that need a US presence, then work hand in hand with our project team, who design and build the sites from Australia and the Philippines, so the owner always knows someone in the States is in their corner.
• Check in at the moments that matter: after they sign, when they see their design, and around launch.
• Speak up early if a customer seems unsure or unhappy, so we can make it right. The project team handles the build. You handle the relationship. This is not a lead-generation, advertising, or website-development job, and you won’t be asked to manage a team. Who you are You live in the United States, and you’re at ease on camera with small business owners. You’ve supported clients before — in account management, customer success, or another role where trust was the job — and you understand how personal it feels when someone’s business is on the line. You may have worked with website, design or marketing clients. You may have helped run a small business, or been close to someone who did. You know how to be professional without being stiff, and organised without making people feel like a ticket in a queue. You’re reliable. When we book a call, you’re there, prepared, and you follow through the same day. The practicalities
• Part-time contractor, about 15–20 hours a week — not a full-time job in disguise
• Most of the work is live video calls during US business hours, plus follow-up in between
• Remote in the United States. Las Vegas is our first choice, so you’re close to Pacific hours; we’re also open to other US cities, especially in Pacific or Mountain time
• $30–$40 an hour, depending on experience (about $23,000–$42,000 a year at 15–20 hours a week)
• You report to the CEO and work closely with our US account executives and project team
• No one reports to you
