We are now looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and support the growth of our Product Innovation Center.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, test, and operate scalable, fault\-tolerant, and cost\-effective services across the frontend and backend * Write clean, well\-tested, maintainable code following established design patterns and best practices * Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design documents and documentation * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and participate in operational responsibilities including on\-call rotations * Diagnose and resolve production issues, driving root\-cause analysis and long\-term fixes * Leverage AI\-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality * Contribute to architecture and design discussions, weighing trade\-offs across scalability, reliability, and time to market
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience * Proficiency in at least one general\-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C\+\+) * Experience with data structures, algorithms, and object\-oriented design principles * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed/microservices architectures * Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a cross\-functional organization * Demonstrated ability to drive a project from ambiguous requirements through to launch。
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) * Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience contributing to large\-scale, high\-traffic production systems * Familiarity with AI/ML\-powered tooling or integrating LLM\-based features into products
