Conduct site visits to understand project scope and conditions. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses. Prepare and present cost summaries and reports to management and clients. Review and update estimates as project details evolve. Maintain a database of historical data for future reference. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods. Hard Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry Must have proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry.
