About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Vice President to lead our global technology, engineering, operations, and delivery organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping our technology direction and making sure our SaaS platforms, engineering teams, and customer delivery functions scale reliably as we grow.
You'll drive our AI-first roadmap, including Agentic AI initiatives, while owning cloud architecture, DevOps, product delivery, customer implementations, and operational excellence end to end. You'll work closely with product, customer success, and leadership to keep technology and execution tightly aligned with business goals.
What You'll Own
Technology Leadership
- Define and execute the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead architecture, engineering, platform modernization, and AI initiatives, including Agentic AI.
- Drive innovation across cloud-native SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Maintain high standards for scalability, reliability, security, and performance across the stack.
Engineering & Product Delivery
- Lead Engineering, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and Technical Program Management.
- Build predictable delivery processes with strong governance and execution discipline.
- Improve engineering productivity, code quality, automation, and CI/CD maturity.
- Partner closely with Product Management to ship customer-centric solutions.
Operations Excellence
- Establish operational KPIs, SLAs, and service excellence frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement across implementation, support, and customer operations.
- Optimize delivery efficiency, resource planning, utilization, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Delivery
- Own successful implementation and delivery of enterprise SaaS projects globally.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders across project lifecycles.
- Manage delivery risks, escalations, governance, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Build scalable implementation methodologies and best practices.
Leadership & People
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global engineering and operations teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans across the org.
- Attract and retain top engineering talent.
Strategic Initiatives
- Drive AI-first transformation across our products and internal operations.
- Track emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess where they fit our roadmap.
- Support technology partnerships, M&A, and other strategic initiatives as they arise.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of scaling technology organizations.
- Proven experience driving execution and building high-performing teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Hands-on understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience leading customer-facing delivery for enterprise software, ideally with global customers.
- Strong grasp of AI-driven product development, including emerging areas like Agentic AI.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
