Consultant – MD General Medicine / Intensive Care Specialist Location: Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month Experience: 3–5 Years (Preferred) Job Summary We looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant – General Medicine / Intensive Care Specialist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing complex medical cases, ICU patients, ventilator support, emergency situations, and critical care management. Educational Qualification - MD / DNB in General Medicine. - IDCCM / Critical Care qualification will be an added advantage. - Valid Medical Council Registration is mandatory. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Manage patients in Internal Medicine OPD and IPD. 2. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. 3. Supervise ICU patients and provide comprehensive critical care. 4. Manage ventilator-dependent patients and respiratory emergencies. 5. Handle medical emergencies and critical-care cases. 6. Diagnose and manage sepsis, septic shock, and multi-organ dysfunction. 7. Monitor critically ill patients and ensure appropriate treatment protocols. 8. Supervise and guide ICU doctors, nursing staff, and other clinical team members. 9. Coordinate with other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care. 10. Maintain accurate medical records, clinical documentation, and treatment plans. 11. Ensure compliance with hospital clinical protocols and patient safety standards. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. - Expertise in ICU and ventilator management. - Emergency and critical-care management. - Decision-making and patient management skills. - Effective communication and team leadership. - Ability to work in a hospital-based clinical environment. Experience 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience is preferred, particularly in General Medicine, ICU, and Critical Care.
