Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers. * Respond to customer inquiries. * Resolve customer complaints. * Provide end\-to\-end customer support. * Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
* Bachelor's or Master's degree. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.** * Excellent spoken and written English. * Willingness to work night shifts.
Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Farrukhnagar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
