Responsibilities:
- Verwalten und Überwachen von Projekten vom Start bis zum Abschluss mit Fokus auf Timing, Budget und Qualität.
- Erstellen und Überwachen von Budgets, Forecasts und Ressourcenplänen.
- Kundeninteraktion pflegen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und das Projektmanagement entsprechend anzupassen.
- Arbeiten in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams, um unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu integrieren.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung klarer Abläufe, um transparente und verlässliche Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
- Status quo hinterfragen und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
- Offenheit für KI und neue Technologien zeigen, um innovative Tools und Arbeitsweisen zu erkunden.
Qualifications:
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Begleitung von vielseitigen Projekten.
- Fähigkeit zur sicheren Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Affinität für Zahlen sowie Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement.
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Bereitschaft, in einem der Standorte Berlin oder Düsseldorf in Vollzeit zu arbeiten.
