Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and IT peripherals.
- Provide first-line technical support for video conferencing and hybrid/online meetings.
- Monitor end-user computer systems and assist with daily troubleshooting. Perform routine preventive maintenance for IT devices.
- Assist in creating reports and maintaining up-to-date documentation for the IT environment.
- Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with users to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist end-users in utilizing standard enterprise tools, including basic support for productivity AI applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor Compter Science / Information Technology
- Solid grasp of basic IT infrastructure, networking, and mobile devices.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, cloud basics, and cybersecurity principles.
- Understands IT service standards (SLA/OLA) with a willingness to learn MPS, ITAM & MDM.
- Tech-savvy and eager to adapt to new trends, including Gen-AI tools.
- Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
