As we continue to grow, we're looking for a technically skilled and commercially minded Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to help us transform business data into meaningful insights and automate operational processes.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role combining business intelligence, data analytics, systems integration and workflow automation.

You'll work across Sales, Finance, Logistics, Procurement and Management to develop dashboards, automate reporting, connect business systems and improve how information flows throughout the organization.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, understands how businesses operate and can independently develop practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and management reports.
• Build reporting solutions covering sales performance, profitability, inventory, procurement, logistics and financial KPIs.
• Consolidate information from multiple business systems into accurate, accessible reporting.
• Identify trends, exceptions and opportunities through data analysis.
• Work with management to define, develop and monitor key performance indicators.

Data Integration & Development

• Develop and maintain connections between business applications, databases and reporting platforms.
• Use SQL, APIs, Python and other technologies to extract, transform and process data.
• Build structured, reliable data models to support business reporting.
• Improve data accuracy, consistency and accessibility across the organization.

Business Process Automation

• Identify repetitive administrative processes that can be improved through automation.
• Develop automated workflows for reporting, notifications, data synchronization and routine business operations.
• Integrate applications using automation platforms, APIs and custom scripts.
• Monitor and maintain existing automations, ensuring reliability and accuracy.

Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Recommend suitable technologies and improvements to existing systems.
• Document dashboards, integrations, data models and automated workflows.
• Support the development of scalable business systems as the company grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, systems integration or automation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience developing interactive dashboards using platforms such as Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Experience using Python or another programming language for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration and workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Good understanding of commercial and operational business processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting or inventory management systems.
• Experience with cloud databases, data warehouses or ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience developing internal web applications or lightweight business tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Experience supporting international businesses or distributed teams.
