Senior Executive, Finance & Management Reporting
About the role
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead management reporting, statutory coordination and board-level reporting. You will turn financial and operational data into clear analysis that supports senior management decisions.
Responsibilities
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports with detailed analysis.
- Prepare variance analysis on financial and operational KPIs against forecast and budget, flag key red flags, and provide clear commentary on the contributing factors and an action plan to close the gap.
Statutory Reporting
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and tax matters.
- Handle the transfer pricing scope of work.
Board Matters
- Prepare board materials and submit them to the Finance Manager for review and the Group CFO for approval.
JV Companies Shareholders Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports for shareholders and address their queries.
Other
- Perform other assignments as directed by superiors and comply with company rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or a related field. A professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Meticulous and organised, with strong communication skills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
