About Xledger
Xledger is a cloud ERP system that gives customers better control of their businesses. We are expanding our team in Colorado Springs, and are looking for strong, AI forward generalists to help us create best-in-class functionality for our customers.
This position is fully on-site in Colorado Springs. Local candidates are preferred.
Technology: .NET, SQL Server, Redis, Clojure, Postgres.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of programming experience
- 1+ years of experience using a relational database like SQL Server or Postgres
- 1+ years of working with web applications
- 6+ months of working with Claude Code or similar
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise both with dynamic and statically typed languages
- Familiarity with compiler concepts
- Familiarity with functional programming
- Performance-minded
Benefits:
- Base salary: $130-$170 K
- Profit Sharing: Annual profit-sharing eligibility.
