About the Role Join a fast-growing service team supporting mission-critical cooling systems for data centers and advanced industrial environments. You’ll be hands-on with high-performance HVAC equipment, traveling to job sites, commissioning systems, and ensuring peak performance in the field. This is a high-impact, travel-intensive role with strong earning potential through overtime and travel. Travel & Location Typical schedule: 2 weeks in the field / 1 week home (flexible based on projects) Open to candidates based in: Texas (TX), Wisconsin (WI), Arizona (AZ) Primary project locations include: Abilene, TX; Amarillo, TX; Wisconsin (project-based); Mesa, AZ Why Join Earn $110K+ with consistent overtime + travel Work on cutting-edge cooling systems powering AI & data centers Travel to diverse, high-impact project sites Join a rapidly growing company in a booming industry What You’ll Do Rework & Completion: Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness Start-Up & Commissioning: Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls verification (L2–L5) Field Service: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems on-site Customer Support: Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism Documentation: Complete service reports, track issues, and support continuous improvement What You Bring 3–7+ years of experience in HVAC, field service, or industrial/mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems Experience with commissioning/start-up is a plus Willingness to travel frequently ( 50–80% ) Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed Strong communication and customer-facing skills Comp & Perks Competitive hourly pay + consistent overtime (high earning potential) Travel opportunities across major project sites Exposure to next-generation AI and data center infrastructure Career growth in a rapidly expanding industry Company Description XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems.
