XNRGY is a leading North American manufacturer of high-efficiency, sustainable HVAC and chiller systems serving data centers, healthcare, life sciences, commercial buildings, and other mission-critical environments. We are seeking experienced TIG Welders with 5+ years of hands-on TIG welding experience who take pride in precision workmanship, quality, and safety. Position Overview The TIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding and fabrication work on HVAC and chiller systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components, reading blueprints, and supporting production operations in a climate-controlled indoor manufacturing facility. Candidates must be open to working either day shift or night shift based on production needs. Key Responsibilities • Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components • Weld sheet metal, piping, frames, and fabricated assemblies to engineering specifications • Assemble HVAC and chiller components including frames, piping, panels, and structural assemblies • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, shop orders, and work instructions • Perform first-article inspections and identify dimensional or quality defects • Use welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, saws, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Work collaboratively across departments and shifts to support production goals • Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives • Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for production tracking and inventory support • Train across multiple production areas and assist where needed • Perform all work in a 100% indoor manufacturing environment Qualifications • 2+ years of TIG welding experience in manufacturing, HVAC, fabrication, piping, or related industries • Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components required • Ability to produce high-quality, precision TIG welds that meet engineering specifications • Experience using TIG welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Basic computer skills required • Strong attention to detail, safety, and workmanship • Must be flexible and open to working either day or night shifts Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift • Ability to work in a fast-paced indoor manufacturing environment • Must be able to distinguish the full spectrum of colors (not colorblind) • Safety shoes required; additional PPE provided by XNRGY Join XNRGY Climate Systems and help build the advanced cooling infrastructure powering the future of AI and mission-critical technology.
