We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Conversion Check team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys. Working alongside a cross-functional engineering team (backend, mobile, Salesforce, and AI/Data) as well as operational KYC specialists, your primary focus will be automating verification steps and using AI to make the process faster while keeping it compliant.

You manage collaboration with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, marketing, and technical departments supporting product development: you coordinate actions to ensure a successful product launch.

You navigate the world of metrics smoothly, justify your decisions using numbers and facts, and avoid guesswork ("I think" or "it seems to me").
Requirements

Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products within a regulated environment.

Solid understanding of AML directives and the EU AI Act to guide compliant product decisions, with an awareness of how KYC regulations vary across jurisdictions.

Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset toward product building - specifically using funnel metrics to identify drop-offs, pinpoint manual verification steps ripe for automation, and prioritize optimizations.

Openness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager's daily work.

Familiarity with emerging technology trends, SaaS, and mobile/web application design.

Experience defining business requirements, creating Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), and driving execution alongside engineering and design.

High level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude.

Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional, agile teams.

English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
