Job Title : DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and quickly entering data into our computer system, maintaining data integrity, and performing administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and speed
2. Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
3. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
4. Meet productivity and quality standards
5. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
6. Respond to data-related queries and requests
7. Maintain accurate records and reports
8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 0-2 years of data entry experience
3. Strong typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Good communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
1. Work in an office environment
2. Sit for extended periods
3. Ready to work for 12 hrs.
