Hiring: Maintenance & TPM Engineer (SG Iron Foundry Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

TPM Implementation: Drive TPM pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement) to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Preventive/Predictive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for Induction Furnaces, Molding Machines, and Core Shooters.

Breakdown Management: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and breakdown elimination to minimize downtime.

Spare Parts Optimization: Manage inventory to reduce costs while ensuring machine availability.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety norms (Lockout/Tagout) and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in foundry machinery maintenance (Induction melting, sand plant, molding).
- Strong knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and PLC programming (Siemens preferred).
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive Kaizen activities.
