Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and machinery issues
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules
- Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
