Job description:
Experience required: 5-7 years
Techincal Experstise (must have): Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, Basic knowledge of AWS, dashboarding tools and slide design
Soft Skills (must have) : Quality focus, tructured problem solving, verbal & written commuincation (since we are part of a client team) and must be a team player
Business expertise: Understanding and prior experience in US pharma industry and related data sets & operations, along with good Incentive compensation understanding
