URGENT HIRING!!!IT Specialist – Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience with VICIdial, List Management, and Web Development.
- Proficient in VICIdial administration, including campaign setup, agent configuration, call routing, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
- Experienced in list management, including uploading, organizing, cleaning, filtering, and maintaining lead and customer databases.
- Knowledgeable in web development, including website creation, maintenance, debugging, and optimization.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, or other relevant web development technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of server administration, database management, and basic networking is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain system security, data integrity, and reliable system performance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations and other departments.
Preferred: Candidates with BPO or call center technical support experience, particularly in managing dialer systems and supporting sales or lead generation operations.
