Your New Role

• Work as a Concrete Project Manager based in Alvarado, Texas, overseeing commercial concrete construction projects throughout the DFW area

• Lead projects from preconstruction and planning through construction and project closeout

• Manage multiple commercial concrete projects based on size, schedule, and complexity

• Develop and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, production timelines, and cost forecasts

• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspectors

• Oversee concrete scopes including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, tilt-wall construction, structural concrete, and site concrete

• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders

• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep concrete production and construction schedules moving

• Visit project sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area to monitor safety, workmanship, productivity, and schedule performance

• Work directly with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and internal teams to resolve project issues

• Track project costs, forecast budgets, manage changes, and maintain project profitability

• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and required project documentation

• 2 to 3+ years of Project Manager experience overseeing commercial concrete construction projects

• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall construction, or similar commercial concrete scopes

• Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, construction scheduling, production planning, and field operations

• Ability to manage multiple construction projects and shifting project priorities

• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and field personnel

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software

• Bluebeam experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial construction practices

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW area

• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
