Your New Role

As a Plumber in Dayton, Ohio, you’ll perform plumbing service, repair, installation, and construction work throughout the Greater Dayton area.

You may:

• Diagnose plumbing problems and provide professional, lasting solutions

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repairs

• Complete plumbing installations, replacements, and maintenance

• Install and replace water heaters, piping, fixtures, and other plumbing systems

• Perform rough-ins for remodels and new construction

• Complete drain and piping work

• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and identify appropriate repairs

• Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company quality standards

• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project teams

• Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized

• Use a company-provided tablet to document work and manage job information

• Continue developing your technical skills through hands-on training and experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, new construction, remodeling, service and repair, or a combination

• Strong plumbing troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, or repair skills

• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements

• Ability to perform work safely and according to applicable plumbing codes

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to successfully complete a job-related background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable law

Preferred, Not Required

• Ohio plumbing license or journeyman credentials

• ServiceTitan or similar plumbing service software experience

No journeyman license yet? Experienced plumbers with strong hands-on skills are still encouraged to apply. The company provides training and certification support to help qualified team members continue advancing their careers.
