Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our ongoing construction project in Lukut, Port Dickson. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, monitoring workers and subcontractors, and ensuring construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and site operations.
* Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors and daily work assignments.
* Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
* Ensure proper workmanship and quality of construction works.
* Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage at the site.
* Identify and report site issues, delays or unsafe working conditions.
* Ensure workers comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
* Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
* Perform other site-related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
* Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision is required.
* Good knowledge of construction site operations, materials and workmanship.
* Able to supervise workers and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
* Basic understanding of construction drawings and site instructions.
* Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
* Willing to be based at the project site in Lukut, Port Dickson.
