We are looking for a passionate and dynamic **PRT English cum English Communication Trainer** to inspire young learners and build a strong foundation in English language and communication skills.

* **Position \- PRT English/English Communication Trainer** * **Place \- Barnala, Punjab** * **Accommodation may be discussed with the HR Department, wherever applicable**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan and deliver engaging, activity\-based English lessons for primary classes, focusing on reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and language fluency. * Design and conduct English Communication sessions to develop students' spoken English, pronunciation, public speaking, presentation skills, confidence, and interpersonal communication. * Create an immersive English\-speaking environment by encouraging students to communicate confidently in English during classroom and school activities. * Introduce students to age\-appropriate literature, poems, stories, creative writing, and language appreciation through interactive teaching methodologies. * Organize storytelling, role\-plays, debates, elocution, group discussions, dramatics, and other communication\-based activities to enhance language proficiency. * Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, worksheets, and assessments aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives. * Assess students' academic and communication progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. * Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support to ensure every child progresses confidently. * Foster creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, and effective communication through experiential and collaborative learning. * Maintain a positive, inclusive, and student\-centric classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence. * Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate English communication across subjects and school activities. * Prepare students for literary competitions, public speaking events, assemblies, presentations, and inter\-school competitions. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance, communication skills, and overall development. * Participate actively in faculty meetings, training programmes, curriculum planning, school events, and continuous professional development initiatives. * Stay updated with emerging teaching methodologies, educational technology, AI\-assisted learning tools, and best practices in English language teaching.

**Desired Candidate Profile**

* Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English or a relevant discipline with B.Ed. * Excellent command over spoken and written English. * Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom management skills. * Passion for working with young learners and developing their confidence through communication. * Creative, energetic, technology\-friendly, and committed to continuous learning.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
