Responsibilities:

Daily communication with drivers and customers

Notifying appropriate parties of any issues

Inputting updates into the system

Answering incoming calls from clients

Scheduling appointments

Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace

Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Requirements

1+ years of experience in the customer support field
