We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Design Expert/Partner to join us in building intuitive, engaging, and human-centred AI product experiences, incorporating interactive gaming elements, gamification, and immersive 3D visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept development through prototyping, creating intuitive user journeys, AI interaction experiences, and engaging gamified experiences.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes for web and digital products.
- Design interactive gaming-inspired features, including challenges, rewards, progress tracking, achievements, and other engagement mechanisms that encourage positive user experiences.
- Explore and develop 3D visual elements, interactive environments, and immersive experiences to enhance product engagement and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and the product team to transform complex technical concepts into simple, elegant, and engaging user experiences.
- Establish a scalable design system and reusable UI component library across 2D/3D interfaces and interactive experiences.
- Continuously optimise and iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and engagement data.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma (essential).
- Experience designing complex web applications, AI-powered products, or interactive digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, responsive design, and interaction design.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma Prototype, Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle.
- Understanding of UX research, information architecture, and user-centred design principles.
- Experience in gaming, gamification, or game-inspired UX/UI design, including engagement mechanics, reward systems, interactive challenges, or progression systems, is highly desirable.
- 3D design and visualisation skills are highly desirable, including experience with tools such as Blender, Spline, or other 3D design platforms. Experience creating interactive 3D elements, animations, or immersive digital experiences is a plus.
- Experience in AI product design, conversational interfaces, data visualisation, or interactive storytelling is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and React component concepts is highly desirable. Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is an additional advantage.
- Strong innovation and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to embrace challenges as opportunities and proactively identify solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.
