Job Description We're expanding our HR team with an Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition (4-7 years of experience) to make Zippee: The best Place to work At.
- You will implement strategies to recruit, hire, and onboard rockstar talent.
- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
- Bonus Points: If you have prior HR experience at a logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce company.
Roles & responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates fit. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth candidate experience,
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment dashboards, report and talent pipelines.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
- Knowledge of ATS tools and hiring best practices.
Qualifications A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition (preferably at a startup).
- Attention to detail and good judgment.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills. You must have you own laptop too.
