Job Description: We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end Operations for Warehouses in Haryana.

- This is an in-person role at our Haryana FC and will involve significant travel to different locations across India. You must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.
Responsibilities: Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
- Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
- Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
- Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
- Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- 6–8 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
- High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
