We are looking for a **Senior SEO Specialist** who is passionate about organic search, data\-driven marketing, and emerging search technologies such as AI Search, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Experience Required

* 6\-10 years of hands\-on SEO experience * Agency experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple client accounts. * Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations. * Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping. * Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and content. * Drive on\-page, off\-page, local SEO, and technical SEO initiatives. * Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance. * Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. * Build SEO\-friendly content strategies in collaboration with content writers. * Implement schema markup and structured data. * Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports. * Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and AI\-powered search trends. * Mentor junior SEO executives and collaborate with developers and designers.

Required Skills

* Strong expertise in Technical SEO * Advanced On\-page \& Off\-page SEO * Local SEO * Google Search Console * Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) * Google Tag Manager * Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog * WordPress SEO * HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge * Schema Markup * Core Web Vitals optimization * AI\-assisted SEO workflows * Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

* Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) * Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) * Knowledge of AI search platforms and Large Language Models * Familiarity with Python or automation tools for SEO * Experience working with international clients

Job Details

* **Location:** Vallarpadam, Kochi * **Employment Type:** Full\-time * **Work Mode:** On\-site * **Working Days:** Monday – Saturday (alternate Saturdays if applicable)

Salary

**₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month** (Based on experience and expertise)
