ServiceNow SOMT Solution Architect – Telecom

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Solution Architect with strong Telecom/Fiber Service Management expertise. The role involves designing end-to-end telecom service lifecycle solutions across Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, Closure, and MACD processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow SOMT/Telecom architecture and fulfillment processes.
- Define Product, Service & Resource lifecycle models.
- Design New Order and MACD processes.
- Integrate SOMT with CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, ERP, Inventory, and Network systems.
- Leverage ServiceNow SPM for Projects, Tasks, Epics, Dependencies, Milestones, and Portfolio tracking.
- Define integration patterns, data flows, interfaces, and system responsibilities.
- Evaluate OOB ServiceNow capabilities vs. custom development and minimize customization.
- Lead solution workshops, architecture discussions, stakeholder engagement, and technical presentations.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years IT / Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow SOMT / Telecom Service Management experience.
- Telecom/Fiber Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Fulfillment expertise.
- Strong understanding of Product, Service & Resource lifecycle.
- Hands-on MACD experience.
- Practical ServiceNow SPM experience.
- Strong enterprise integration and architecture experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, solutioning, consulting, and presales skills.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
