About the Company

1840 & Company is a global organization focused on delivering innovative business solutions that help companies grow, scale, and succeed. Operating in over 150 countries, we support organizations through a range of workforce, operational, and business services designed to drive efficiency and long-term success.About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Modeling & Planning, to join the Office of the CEO (OCEO). Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this senior role owns the intelligence layer of the office, turning raw performance data into decision-ready insight through reporting, synthesis, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. The role works with Finance, not around it: Finance retains ownership of accounting, controls, and reporting, while this seat turns that data into the CEO’s view of how the company is performing and the analysis behind how to grow it. This is not a traditional FP&A role. We are looking for a builder and a thinker, not simply a reporter, someone who combines a strong accounting foundation with sophisticated FP&A capabilities, commercial judgment, and a practical command of AI and automation. The ideal candidate asks not only “Are the numbers right?” but also “What are the numbers telling us, what happens next, and what should we do about it?” This is a hands-on role in a growing, entrepreneurial company, working directly with the Founder & CEO and the management team.Job Overview
