Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Insights:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather relevant app data for user behavior, engagement, and performance.
- Create, maintain, and analyze dashboards to provide actionable insights for product decisions.
- Ensure data integrity by setting up and managing data pipelines, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Product Development:
- Assist in defining product features and roadmaps based on user feedback, data analysis, and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to implement new features and improvements.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and feasibility.
- User-Centric Focus:
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the app's performance and user satisfaction.
- Documentation & Communication:
- Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specifications.
- Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and growth teams to test and optimize app functionality.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
