About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take hands-on ownership of paid user acquisition across A1Apps’ portfolio of mobile apps.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working directly inside ad platforms, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and making data-driven growth decisions.
The role has a strong focus on Google Ads / Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads / Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
- Own campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creative testing.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, payback, and retention quality.
- Analyze campaign and attribution data to identify opportunities to scale, optimize, pause, or reallocate budgets.
- Run structured experiments across campaigns, bids, audiences, creatives, and conversion funnels.
- Build clear performance reports and trackers to support faster decision-making.
- Work with Product, Creative, Design, Analytics, and ASO teams to improve acquisition efficiency and user quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in mobile apps.
- Strong experience with Google Ads / Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads.
- Proven ownership of campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and budgets.
- Strong understanding of mobile acquisition metrics, attribution, experimentation, and funnel performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear campaign actions.
- Strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
- Experience with app growth, consumer internet, subscription apps, or product-led businesses is a plus.
