Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven AVP – Paid Media to lead our Paid Media vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, client leadership, campaign optimization, and team management across multiple paid media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Paid Media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Programmatic platforms.
- Manage high-budget campaigns focused on ROI, ROAS, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Drive client growth, retention, and strategic account management.
- Lead quarterly reviews, media planning, and performance discussions with clients.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing Paid Media team.
- Collaborate with Sales, SEO, Content, Creative, and Analytics teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, automation tools, AI-driven marketing, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing, preferably in a digital agency.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Performance Analytics & Attribution
- Proven experience managing large ad budgets and enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Google & Meta certifications preferred.
