Responsible for basic exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, including glass, metal, and stone surfaces. Assists higher-level technicians and ensures all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean exterior building surfaces such as windows, walls, and cladding
- Use basic cleaning tools and equipment (squeegees, brushes, pressure washers)
- Assist in setting up ladders, scaffolding, or rope access systems
- Follow safety procedures for working at heights
- Remove dirt, grime, stains, and debris from surfaces
- Help prepare cleaning solutions and materials
- Inspect surfaces for damage or maintenance needs and report issues
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment
- Outdoor work on building exteriors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- With IRATA Level 1 Training Certificate
- With not less than 3 years of experience
- With good understanding of cleaning methods and safety practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height
