Your mission
- You are responsible for the long-term operational and strategic development of our Life Science division within your area of responsibility.
- As a Recruitment Consultant in 360° Recruitment, you act as the link between clients and candidates.
- You manage your business independently and set yourself ambitious goals.
- By continuously developing your network, you expand your candidate portfolio and win new clients.
- Your excellent communication skills help you build strong, long-term client relationships.
- You lead by example through your own performance and make a significant contribution to your team’s revenue.
- You independently negotiate contracts with clients and candidates.
Your profile
- You have at least two years of experience working for a Recruitment Agency, ideally in the Life Science sector, and a strong performance track record.
- You enjoy sales and want to lead by example and support your team through your own performance.
- You have a proven track record of success in recruitment and are eager to build and grow your business with us.
- A strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of self-motivation round out your profile.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
