Your mission
- You will manage the entire recruitment process according to a 360° model, connecting sales and recruitment.
- You will acquire new clients through telephone outreach and advise them on our services.
- You will identify and attract suitable candidates in the Life Science field.
- You will present candidates to clients and coordinate and conduct interviews by phone or video.
- You will support clients and candidates throughout the entire placement process.
- You will build a strong professional network and develop into an expert in your market.
Your profile
- You have a university degree, vocational training, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience working with people where the ability to persuade, listen, and build trust was essential.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep track of multiple topics at once.
- You communicate clearly and directly while remaining respectful and considerate.
- You set goals and follow through, even when things do not work out immediately.
- You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- You are professionally fluent in German and English.
