**About the Role:**

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with hands\-on experience in Generative AI, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and OCR technologies. The ideal candidate will build and deploy intelligent AI solutions combining LLMs, document processing, and Agentic workflows to solve real\-world business challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop end\-to\-end RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs. * Build document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and metadata filtering workflows. * Develop production\-grade AI applications using LangChain, agents, tools, and memory. * Architect stateful multi\-agent systems using LangGraph. * Implement OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, and cloud Document AI services. * Integrate OCR outputs with NLP/LLM pipelines for automated document understanding. * Monitor AI systems, improve response quality, and implement guardrails. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
**Required Skills:**

* Strong experience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB). * Expertise in LangChain (LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs) and LangGraph. * Hands\-on experience with OCR engines and cloud document AI services. * Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, async programming, and microservices. * Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, or Mistral. * Knowledge of embeddings, similarity search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. * Familiarity with OpenCV, Pillow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
**Preferred Skills**

* Multi\-modal RAG and hybrid search implementations. * Agentic AI patterns (ReAct, Plan\-and\-Execute, Reflexion). * Experience with LangSmith, LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, and IDP platforms. * Multi\-lingual OCR and Indic language processing experience. * Contributions to open\-source AI/ML projects.
