- Support brand and portfolio plans, campaign execution, and basic market, competitor, customer, and category analysis.
- Develop and coordinate integrated campaigns across HCP engagement, digital, email, content, events, and communications.
- Assist in translating technical and scientific information on specialized compounded medications into clear, credible marketing messages, subject to appropriate internal review.
- Develop marketing briefs, content concepts, captions, scripts, presentations, educational materials, and other brand assets.
- Support HCP marketing initiatives for physicians, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals; gather feedback and identify opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing email/CRM campaigns, including audience requirements, scheduling, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; manage briefs, feedback, timelines, deliverables, and quality.
- Support medical conventions, conferences, exhibitions, and related PR/media activities, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event requirements.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare reports; interpret data and translate findings into practical brand, campaign, and lead-generation recommendations.
- Use AI tools appropriately for research, analysis, content, and productivity; independently validate outputs and protect confidential, medical, scientific, regulatory, numerical, and product information.
