Availability: find and fix hub stock problems early (biggest SKUs, problem hubs, wrong storage locations) to prevent OOS. Wastage and loss: reduce near-expiry stock, bad stock and write-off through early action and FEFO. Process completion: make sure stock orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) are completed, so stock in transit does not get stuck.
