Responsibilities:
- planning and perform stage and final inspection of transformers.
- independently Perform electrical panel operation at vendor site and during customer inspection.
- Handle customer queries and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Maintain inspection logs and provide customer reports.
- Maintaining instruments calibration record and review the same on monthly basis
- Develop and maintain Quality standards.
- knowledge of IS, IEC and other international standards relevant to transformer industries & Components.
- Participate in internal and external ISO audits.
- Inspection and testing skills of transformer components.
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Interpreting technical drawings, QAP and documentation related to transformers.
- Working with Cross functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify and resolve quality issues and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain records and documentation related to Customer Inspection.
- Knowledge of Conducting RCA through quality module.
Qualification :
-BE/B-Tech (Elect/Mech) or Diploma (Elect/Mech)
- Min 3 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for BE/B-Tech or min 5 years experience in 220/400kV class transformers for Diploma.
